Instead of the traditional entry fee life plan contracts, you can now choose a rental options that still includes all the great services Villagio of Bradford Village has to offer. When you move to our campus into one of our one-bedroom or two-bedroom cottages, your residency here includes:

Breakfast Monday through Friday
Light housekeeping every other week to include:
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning of the bathrooms
Maintenance of buildings and grounds, residences, and common recreation areas
Access to community center and social, therapeutic, and recreational programs
