We are so excited to announce that Villagio of McKinney scored a 5-star rating in multiple categories for the Customer Satisfaction Survey that is sent out through Pinnacle. This is a great honor and shows that our families and residents think very highly of our community.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey is sent out by phone to our residents and family members each month. The survey asks them about the care they or a loved one is receiving in our community. The interviews allow the individuals to speak freely about their ratings and feedback of the community. The purpose of the survey is to understand the resident’s and family members’ experience at Villagio of McKinney, what they love the most about the community and team members, and areas that have room for improvement.
For the month of March Villagio of McKinney scored 5 stars in the following categories:
We are blown away to have scored 5 stars in all 3 categories in our dining program at Villagio of McKinney. We strive to promote joy and well-being through our meals which is why we partner with Duet Hospitality. They bring fun and exciting meal times to all of our residents, while also focusing on bringing fresh ingredients to our rotating meal selection of chef-inspired dishes.
As a community, we strive each and every month to score 5 stars and we are constantly working on bettering our community. We want our community to be an enjoyable place to live and to visit.
